GUS DAPPERTON -ARTIST IDENTITY
Gus Dapperton is an independent alternative musician who combines dreamy 90s analog synth sounds, groovy drum and bass, and modern vocal textures and compositions to create a unique musical experience. Through the use of rhythmic line/shape, gradated color schemes, and unique applications these designs serve to push Gus Dapperton not only as an artist/musician but also as a visual brand as a whole.
* In Passing 001 is a collaboration project between Gus Dapperton and electronic DJ and producer, B. Hayes. This EP is highly focused on electronic house music. In this body of work, Gus Dapperton and B. Hayes’ heavy use of drum and bass, glitchy samples, sharp vocals, and pumping rhythm gives a fresh take on techno party music.
